General conditions

  1. Booking conditions:

1.1 Reservations can be made both online through our official website and by phone through our customer service. After the submitted registration form you will receive an invoice. Only after the payment of this invoice is received by Villa Pureza is the reservation made final.

1.2 A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.

1.3 The balance of the booking must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. Failing this, the villa reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

2.1 Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to commencement are eligible for a 50% refund.

2.2 Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to commencement are eligible for a 25% refund.

2.3 Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to commencement are not eligible for a refund.

  1. Liability:

3.1 The villa accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property during their stay.

3.2 Guests are fully liable for any damage they cause to the villa, its interior, facilities or other property.

  1. Villa Rules:

4.1 Pets: Pets are not allowed in the villa unless prior written permission is given by the manager.

4.2 Maximum number of guests: The number of guests may not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking without refund.

4.3 Parties and events: No parties, events or gatherings are allowed without prior written permission.

4.4 Sanitary facilities: Guests are expected to comply with Spanish rules regarding sanitary facilities and toilet paper, disposing of it in the waste bins as much as possible and not in the toilet, in order to prevent blockages.

4.5 Waste: Guests should deposit their waste in the appropriate bins and keep the accommodation tidy.

4.6 Energy use: We ask guests to use energy responsibly by turning off lights, air conditioning and heating when not in their rooms.

4.7 Safety: Guests are not allowed to use candles or open flames in the villa. Use of your own electrical appliances should be done with care.

4.8 Check-out: Guests must leave the villa by 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

4.9 Respect: We expect all guests to treat the villa and its surroundings with respect and to follow any instructions given by the staff.

These rules are intended to protect both guests and the property and ensure a pleasant stay for all. It is important to clearly communicate what is expected of guests and the possible consequences for not following the rules.

5. Drug Use and Liability:

5.1 The use, possession and distribution of illegal drugs, as defined by Spanish law, are strictly prohibited on the premises of Villa Pureza. These include, but are not limited to:

Cannabis and cannabis products (excluding the legal use of prescription medicinal cannabis)

Hard drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy, LSD, heroin and similar substances.

5.2 Guests are responsible for their own health and safety and must inform Villa Pureza of any drug use that may affect their participation in activities.

  1. Health and Safety Precautions:

6.1 Excessive use of alcohol, drugs and medication can pose serious health risks. Villa Pureza reserves the right to intervene when there is a danger to the health of the guest or others.

6.2 In the event of a health crisis, medical assistance will be sought immediately. The costs for this will be borne by the guest concerned.

6.3 Our staff is trained in recognizing, and safely handling emergencies.

  1. Enforcement and Procedures for Violations:

7.1 A first violation of these conditions will result in a warning and an interview with management.

7.2 In cases of serious or repeated violations, the guest may be asked to leave the premises immediately without the right to a refund.

7.3 All incidents will be documented and may be shared with relevant authorities if necessary.

7.4 Villa Pureza reserves the right to take legal action against guests who violate the law or endanger the safety of others.

  1. Liability:

9.1 Villa Pureza is not liable for any damage, loss or injury. Guests are responsible for their own behavior and its consequences.

  1. Complaint Procedure:

10.1 All complaints should be made in writing to management as soon as possible during the stay.

10.2 We strive to address and, if possible, resolve complaints within 48 hours of receipt.

  1. Privacy Policy:

11.1 Personal data of guests will be kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.

11.2 Under no circumstances will guests' personal information be shared with outside parties without express consent.
